Dr. Mack is the New President of AACS
We are pleased to announce Dr. McMenamin was elected the nineteenth President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) during the Academy’s 25th Anniversary Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 17, 2009. The AACS is an international organization headquartered in Chicago and is the largest multispecialty organization in the world promoting patient safety and physician education. It is the only Academy devoted exclusively to the practice of cosmetic surgery.
New Laser Facelift
The office is buzzing over the results of a new procedure Dr. Mack introduced to our practice in the past few months. It is called “Smartlift™” or Laser Facelift. Because it is less invasive, this procedure can be done under local anesthesia with or without oral sedation. No IV, hooray! The results look as good as or better than a traditional facelift with fewer incisions and less downtime.
